Account help

Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen for a secure reset email. For a missing confirmation email, check spam and promotions, then wait a few minutes before trying again.

Privacy or account requests

For data access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@myfaithonfire.com. Include the email address associated with your account, but never send your password.

Pastoral support

Faith on Fire can help you prepare to reach out, but it is not continuously monitored pastoral care. Contact your local pastor, church, counselor, or recovery group directly when timely support is needed.

If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call local emergency services. In the United States and Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support.
